Product Owner

We’re looking for an individual with a passion for accounting and inventory software, who translates customer needs into solutions through product development. We need someone who understands that good software solutions make our partners and business owner’s lives more uncomplicated. You will conduct market and industry research; competitive analysis; Jira and Zoho Desk research and analysis. Then convert this activity into actionable insights for the product.

You’ll work closely with our engineering team to ensure bug, feature and project deliverables are on time. You’ll work closely with product marketing, sales and success teams to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our current and future customers. You will also be responsible for internal training as assigned and writing Knowledgebase Articles and Release Notes.
