Summary:

• Manage all aspects of publication projects from inception to completion, including budget development and reconciliation.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and maintain strong client and faculty relationships.
• Ensure programs stay on target, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects.
• Oversee development of project activities and train new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years of project management experience in publications environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and publication management platforms like iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.
• Exceptional communication and financial management skills.
