About the Role:

  • The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion.
  • This includes content development, advisory boards, and speaker training, ensuring client and management expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members, and manage timely communications.
  • Develop new project budgets, monitor financials, and ensure programs stay on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and oversee all project activities including faculty recruitment and content development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
