About the Role:
- Lead execution of medical communications publications projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and medical strategy.
- Collaborate across scientific, creative, and digital teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to reconciliation, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as primary coordinator between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive client communication, provide regular updates, and support proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in medical communications program management.
- Experience with publications projects and iEnvision software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and financial skills.
