About You:
- Flexible and confident managing up to 20 projects at a time.
- Solution-oriented with an eye for detail and a pulse on the bottom line.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Track project deliverables through all departments and ensure due dates are relayed.
- Run clients' medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions and status updates.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, and prepare Sunshine Act reports.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism.
- 0-2 years of client service/agency experience.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
