The Role:
- Build and operate Astra's transaction monitoring program and own controls that protect customers.
- Report to the Head of Compliance and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
What You'll Do:
- Design, test, and tune monitoring rules across ACH, RTP, FedNow, and other rails.
- Investigate suspicious activity, document cases, and prepare sponsor-bank referrals.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years in BSA/AML with hands-on transaction monitoring and rule design experience.
- Strong SQL skills and comfortable working independently across functions.
