We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the PAR Drive-Thru product team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software or hardware product management, along with a passion for innovation in the hospitality technology space. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge drive-thru solutions that enhance guest experiences and optimize operational efficiency for our customers.
You will define and execute the product roadmap for drive-thru solutions. You will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. You will collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-impact features on time. You will partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to support product launch and adoption. You will monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform iterations and improvements. You will stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
