Product and Privacy Counsel

We’re looking for a Product and Privacy Counsel to join our legal team and provide strategic advice on legal and regulatory issues across our AI and cloud services. You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and leadership teams to manage product liability, IP, data security, and compliance matters — helping define what responsible AI operations look like at scale. This is a hands-on role that blends traditional legal work with the emerging complexities of AI technology. You will advise on legal and compliance issues across AI software, cloud services, and hardware products and manage intellectual property matters, including software and hardware assets. You will also oversee data privacy and security compliance programs, develop and maintain internal governance processes for AI systems and partnerships. You will support research, contracts, and compliance for both third-party AI tools and first-party AI development and collaborate with senior leadership and engineering to define liability standards in the evolving AI legal landscape; monitor emerging laws and regulations affecting AI and data use.
