- Help run the organic growth engine: creators, formats, trends, and the numbers behind them.
- Run many cheap tests every week and turn winners into repeatable playbooks.
- Work directly with founders, Growth Manager, and product and data teams.
Who you are:
- A student or recent graduate who lives on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Hands-on experience growing an account, page, or side project.
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; SQL, Python, or AI tools are a plus.
