Role Overview:
- Support the Dayforce implementation with a focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Turn complex HR and payroll data into dependable technical solutions and workforce insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build custom Dayforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver meaningful workforce insights.
- Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Dayforce reporting experience and SQL skills with large datasets.
- Experience with HR, payroll, or HCM data, plus Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
