The Role:
- This position focuses on transforming HR data into reliable reporting, meaningful metrics, and actionable insights.
- You will partner with international HRIS, Colleague Resources, IT, and business stakeholders to support informed decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Design and maintain Workday reports, deliver dashboards and analytical insights, and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to Workday releases, testing, and process improvements while coordinating reporting guidance and training.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong Workday reporting experience and data analytics capability, including SQL and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills in a global, fast-moving environment.
