Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, and system functionality.
- Partner with People Operations, Finance, and IT to recommend system solutions and support integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years as an HR systems analyst or two active Workday Pro certifications.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with multiple Workday modules.
