Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand underlying business needs and recommend effective reporting or analytics solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable Workday Reporting solutions and people analytics products.
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, reconcile, and analyze HR and workforce data.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday Reporting solutions, including advanced reporting capabilities.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with enterprise data platforms such as Fabric, Dremio, and Scality.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate complex needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
