Field CTO

We’re looking for a Field CTO to join our team and be the strategic and technical face of Tray in the field. You’ll work directly with prospects and customers to drive adoption of Tray’s platform, optimize our customers' success, and influence the direction of our product in a rapidly evolving market. You will inspire confidence in senior decision-makers by establishing Tray as the go-to enterprise solution for Automation and AI capabilities. As Field CTO, you will validate architecture, security, scalability, and innovation story. In the market, you'll position Tray competitively in conversations, proposals, and public content. As Field CTO, the expectation is that you will be travelling to meet with prospects and clients 50% of the time. Shape the roadmap by collaborating tightly with Product, Engineering, and Execs to ensure we’re solving enterprise pain points that matter. Act as executive sponsor and technical guide for lighthouse accounts.
