Payments Operations Standard Specialist

As a Payments Operations Standard Specialist you are going to be responsible for handling the flow of money between the customers and the business. This includes processing of invoices and making sure that checks are properly done before they are sent out. Reviewing applications for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included. Responsible in handling redemptions, making sure that it is correctly processed. Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries. Perform investigation to answer questions about billing statements. Make decision regarding resetting of account, redemption and declining of bonuses. Review account activity to identify fraudulent activity, money laundering or other anomalies that may require investigation. Assist other departments with regards to payment related queries. Investigate any discrepancy in the system.
