Manager, Supply Chain Logistics

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain, this role executes high-value, end-to-end cold-chain logistics for biologics with heavy focus on APAC, EU, and US.
• Responsible for global transportation of drug substance, drug product, and stability materials, as well as maintaining tight inventory control.
• Build partnerships with CMC, GMP manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and external service providers to support all product programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain real-time visibility and reconciliation of biologics inventory across multiple global CMO/CDMO and storage sites.
• Implement and review data logger tracking (temperature/GPS) to ensure strict adherence to product stability requirements during transit.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with cGMP, cGDP, FDA, EMA, NMPA, and local health authority frameworks.

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related Life Sciences field.
• At least 5 years of biopharmaceutical cold-chain logistics experience, with focus on biologics or large-molecule products.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), LIMS, and WMS.
