Role Overview:
- Direct the overall operations, strategy, and execution of the Arrive Fresh carrier capacity department.
- Inspire, mentor, and coach Carrier Capacity Managers and Carrier Account Representatives.
- Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on professional development and talent retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust Carrier Compliance and Claims Management programs for perishable freight.
- Ensure strict operational compliance with food safety regulations including FSMA, STF, and PACA.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success leadership to align departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant brokerage experience in third-party logistics or freight brokerage operations.
- 10+ years of dedicated experience in produce and floral logistics with deep cold-chain knowledge.
- 6+ years of logistics leadership experience managing carrier capacity or carrier sales teams.
