Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, source, and manage the network of contract manufacturers, cell collection centers, and development organizations.
- Build and lead the manufacturing and supply chain function, including relationship management, contract negotiation, and oversight of external partners.
- Recruit, hire, and develop employees to grow the function in step with strategic growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology with 15+ years pharmaceutical experience and 5+ years in leadership.
- Prior experience with Cell Therapy Manufacturing and Supply Chain management required.
- Expertise in cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements for biopharmaceuticals and ATMPs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- National salary range $365,000 to $400,000 USD annually, plus bonus, benefits, and stock plan participation.
