Director – Contributor Success & Engagement

As Director of Contributor Success and Engagement for CrowdGen, you'll lead the strategy to retain and develop our Contributors (Crowd), improving NPS and Satisfaction scores, and deepening engagement across our global Crowd. You'll design and deliver an innovative program to promote loyalty, retention, and performance that make gig work more rewarding, motivating, and human. This is a high-impact leadership role that touches product, digital experience, finance, sourcing, and support—driving outcomes for both the business and the Contributors who power our AI. You’re a strategic operator and customer-obsessed builder who thrives at the intersection of data, people, and product. You’ve designed retention or loyalty programs at scale—ideally for marketplaces, gig platforms, or subscription models—and you’re fluent in behavioural levers that drive long-term engagement.
