Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the Business Intelligence strategy across the organization,
• Lead the strategic design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Build and refine data models, datasets, dashboards and KPI reporting to support scalable and reliable analytics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Business Intelligence, report development and analytics or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report optimization.
• Experience working with CRM systems (ex: Salesforce) and integrating data from multiple sources.
