Job Summary:
- Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VHA Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) on the Operational Informatics Pipeline (OIP) contract.
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and execution analysis for OCI’s clinical informatics portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement PPBE and MFR activities, including multi-year programming, budget formulation, and appropriation tracking.
- Forecast portfolio costs, track obligations and expenditures, and analyze variances with corrective recommendations.
- Participate in SAFe Agile Release Trains and mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in budget, financial, or cost analysis.
- Experience with PPBE/MFR in a large government organization and federal budget regulations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA background investigation and work in the United States.
