Assist valued customers in resolving their inquiries and concerns as a Customer Service Representative. Interact with customers via email, online chat, and phone calls to address their inquiries and concerns. Provide prompt and accurate responses to all customer questions and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers in setting up and resolving issues related to their accounts, verifying customer identity, managing a high volume of customer interactions, identifying customer needs, and handling complaints. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and strive to exceed productivity goals.
