Core Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product backlog for policy migration.
- Elicit requirements with SMEs and translate them into epics/features/stories.
- Partner to set priorities, manage trade-offs, and align sequencing to the migration roadmap.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bring hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
- Understand Personal Lines insurance end-to-end.
- Have delivered migration and/or transformation work.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Proven experience with Agile practices and expectations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
