Core Responsibilities:
- Co-facilitate virtual shared medical appointments and individual appointments.
- Prescribe and monitor medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders.
- Provide patient education and maintain confidentiality following HIPAA.
Qualifications:
- Active NP or PA license in Texas; additional licenses in CA or NM preferred.
- Minimum 1 year in addiction medicine and active DEA license.
- Comfort with remote tools like Google Drive, video conferencing, and EMR.
