Job Description
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Project Team throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring product quality and performance meet client expectations prior to release. Involved from the beginning of the project, you will review designs and engage in collaboration sessions to determine how to solve customer problems and assist in defining the scope for new projects.
You are responsible for basic support and working with the engineering team to understand requirements and develop and execute test plans for new software enhancements. You will manage and execute the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLS), create test cases, scenarios, and plans, and execute all test plans to ensure software complies with requirements. You will perform Regression, Functional, Performance, Usability, and User Acceptance testing, participate in Sprint Planning, and document all test plans and outcomes in JIRA. You will also troubleshoot software bugs, assist users with support tickets, and create training documentation on new releases.
