- Own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences projects and Diagnostics products, integrating CRM data and manufacturing forecasts.
- Lead monthly Demand Review and consensus alignment across stakeholders, monitoring forecast accuracy and bias.
Capacity Planning & Network Optimization:
- Lead global capacity modeling across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transportation lanes.
- Identify constraints and trade-offs, ensuring capacity readiness for clinical trials and market expansions.
S&OP Leadership:
- Mature and govern the S&OP process with clear decision rights and executive visibility.
- Reconcile unconstrained demand with constrained supply to support executive decision-making.
Inventory & Logistics Strategy:
- Partner with Supply Planning to set safety stock strategies and oversee inventory positioning.
- Ensure logistics capacity aligns with demand and regulatory requirements.
