Passionate about quality and healthcare? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our QA team at Europe’s leading online pharmacy. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards — from process checks and monitoring to regulatory compliance. You’ll work in a dynamic, motivated team where collaboration, learning, and knowledge-sharing are part of everyday life.
Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets both internal and external requirements. Analyzing data from the QMS to help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in operational processes. Contributing to the development and practical implementation of quality procedures, policies and working instructions that enhance performance and compliance.
Ensuring that internal systems and documents (e.g. SOPs, quality policies, risk analyses) are properly prepared, reviewed and updated to meet certification and compliance standards such as GDP, ISO 9001:2015 and BIO SKAL. Helping to maintain and improve the Document Management System, ensuring controlled documents are up to date and accessible. Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to support quality across departments and to foster continuous improvement.
