Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute logistics support plans for disaster response, training, and program activities.
- Mobilize personnel, equipment, supplies, and resources to ensure timely and effective operational support.
- Oversee nationwide caches, fleet, and non-IT serialized equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and assigned budgets in line with financial controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; experience with Asana is an asset.
