Duties:
- Manage assigned budget, allocate resources, and achieve financial goals.

- Coordinate disaster response operations and build relationships with volunteers and partners.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields.
- Proven record of personnel management, including recruiting, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
- Proficiency with technology tools and remote working for coordination.
