Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen day-to-day operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to support organizational growth, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee technology systems, data governance, security practices, and external IT partnerships for reliable and secure operations.
- Manage risk management activities, business insurance, compliance requirements, and coordination with external advisors and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience, including at least 7 years managing operations and compliance in a nonprofit.
- Demonstrated experience with operational systems, vendors, contracts, procurement, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit compliance, organizational policies, and operational risk management practices.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $127,500 - $150,000 annually.
