Director, State Licensure and Home Care Compliance

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end multi-state licensure and regulatory compliance program, defining strategy and roadmap for state expansion.
• Maintain visibility over all licensing requirements, renewals, risks, and deadlines with clear reporting to leadership.
• Oversee policy development, operational controls, and compliance frameworks ensuring audit readiness across all jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, compliance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory operations with multi-state licensure management.
• Strong ability to interpret regulations and build compliance systems, controls, and tracking frameworks.
