Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for workshops, webinars, and training programs, including intake, scheduling, registration, invoicing, and follow-up support.
  • Manage program communications channels, triaging requests and ensuring timely routing to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee public and on-demand webinar programs, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent participant experience.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, program support, or administrative roles within nonprofit, advocacy, or public interest organizations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating events, trainings, or stakeholder-facing programs end-to-end.
