Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal support to supervisor including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage project communications, track project progress, and prepare status reports.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings: scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or pertinent degree preferred.
  • Three years of administrative support and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management, and strong organizational skills.
