Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator. This role involves generating and distributing invoices to customers as per contractual commitments. A key responsibility is communicating with customers to request payment and accurately record received payments in the accounting system. The role requires actively reconciling payments and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Involves updating client accounts based on payment or contact information, and managing the customer email queue. Collaboration with the sales and customer experience teams is essential to resolve any customer billing escalations. Working with the accounting team to identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately is required. Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients to address billing inquiries proactively is very important.
