Growth Engineer, Support Engineering

What You'll Do:

• Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable.
• Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster.
• Fix problems at the source by shipping product and DX improvements that stop tickets before they happen.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong full-stack engineer who likes building tools others depend on.
• Experience building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems used daily.
• Bonus for experience with LLMs in production or support/DX tooling.

What We're NOT Looking For:

• Someone who sees support tooling as beneath 'real' engineering.
• An engineer who wants to stay far from actual customer problems.
• Someone who needs a fully-specced ticket to start.
