Job Description
Lead strategic integrations and automations across client environments within the Nielsen Marketing Cloud (NMC), developing and maintaining advanced solutions. Design and enhance architecture for high-impact integrations, establishing best practices and providing optimization recommendations to clients and ecosystem partners. Collaborate with engineering teams to define, implement, and test new platform features, while conducting pre-release quality assurance. Work closely with product and client servicing teams to perform in-depth platform diagnostics, proactively addressing issues and elevating customer satisfaction. Manage multiple projects (3-5) concurrently, overseeing deliverables and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Conduct revenue impact assessments, advises on setup optimization, and develops comprehensive documentation and technical workshops on advanced NMC functionalities. Mentor junior engineers, champions best practices, and handles operational escalations, implementing structured resolution processes to efficiently resolve high-impact issues.
