AI-Agent Development Project Manager

The AI Agent Development Project Manager (L7) is a senior delivery leader who owns end‑to-end execution of AI‑augmented software programs. With 12–16 years of experience, this role blends hands-on AI agent development with program management and people leadership. You will start by managing an AI engineering team and grow the organization to include infrastructure, data, integration, and application teams (front‑end and back‑end). You’ll partner closely with Growth, Solution Delivery, Finance, and HR to plan and deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and in compliance with client and industry requirements. Core responsibilities include leading an AI engineering team, expanding leadership to multi‑disciplinary groups, translating business objectives into roadmaps, managing scope, and partnering with Solution Architecture to shape designs. Create transparent reporting for executives and clients (OKRs, delivery health, value realization); steward escalations to resolution.
