About the Role:
- As our dedicated Market Access & Reimbursement leader, you will own and build the U.S. access strategy end to end.
- You will translate clinical and health-economic evidence into coding, coverage, and payment strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and drive coverage strategies with Medicare, regional payers, and the VA.
- Build formal strategic reimbursement plans for new product launches.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance to ensure all engagements comply with applicable laws.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of market access experience; deep CMS/Medicare expertise required.
- Proven track record securing coverage and payment with CMS and U.S. commercial payers.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to reconcile stakeholder views.
