Search Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale crawling, indexing, ranking, and retrieval systems.
• Improve search performance by reducing latency, optimizing costs, and increasing reliability.
• Own engineering projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
