Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project roadmaps for AI/ML-driven products, ensuring timely delivery of features leveraging large-scale data models.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML models, overseeing development, testing, and deployment with performance and scalability requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate AI/ML model performance post-deployment, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Data Analytics and 6 months of experience, or suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
- Experience as a Deputy Manager is acceptable.
- Proficiency in AI/ML, NLP, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
Work Environment:
- Remote work from home with occasional travel to unanticipated jobsites within the United States.
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborative team environment with emphasis on mentorship and continuous improvement.
