This role is essential in building relationships with moderators, raising awareness of key programs, and delivering on-platform engagement that nurtures community growth. The Community Specialist will focus on empowering local moderators, bridging the gap between users and mods, and driving engagement initiatives that delight our community creators and power users. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with local volunteer moderators, planning and hosting engaging events, developing a game plan to build a robust network of community creators, and creating communication plans that highlight programs and initiatives. Your efforts will help create a vibrant ecosystem where moderators can thrive and local communities can flourish.
