Staff UX Researcher, i18n

The Staff UX Researcher will investigate user behavior and needs using qualitative and quantitative methods, including semi-structured interviews, focus groups, surveys, and behavioral analysis. They will design and conduct foundational and evaluative research to guide executive decision-making. This role focuses on the international experience, aiming to improve the user experience for new and future users of Reddit around the world. Responsibilities include designing and executing mixed-methods research studies, driving communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, and developing research programs that achieve business and product impact.
