Job Description

As Creative Director, you will define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines, translating scientific and technical innovation into accessible, compelling storytelling, and ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all platforms and channels. Lead concepting, art direction, and execution of major marketing campaigns, launches, and brand moments, overseeing creative asset production across video, social media, email, landing pages, influencer/UCG, and more. This role involves building and leading an internal creative team of designers, editors, copywriters, and producers, managing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, and driving a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in experimentation and results.
