The RN Nursing Instructor's primary responsibilities are to provide active and effective learning for students, act as professional and academic role models, and commit to student satisfaction. This includes teaching in classrooms, labs, and outside the classroom during campus and student activities. They will deliver high-quality instruction to students, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience.
Instructors will develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and ensures adherence to industry standards and best practices. Instructors are required to teach both didactic and clinical courses. They will organize and deliver class objectives, maintain a safe environment, and evaluate student performance. They will also provide constructive feedback, identify at-risk students, and foster relationships to help students meet program requirements.
