Software Development Engineer in Test

About the Role:

• Modernizing how ComPsych builds technology with new customer-facing web and mobile experiences and AI-powered capabilities.
• Quality is an engineering discipline with no manual QA layer; SDETs own strategy, automation, and signal quality.

What You'll Do:

• Own quality strategy, automation architecture, and test feedback to keep developers self-resolving failures.
• Define synthetic-data strategy and PHI guardrails to keep non-production environments safe.
• Set testability and non-functional quality where risk warrants.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience designing or evolving a quality system for a team, with depth in modern programming languages and test frameworks.
• Ability to trace failing tests across services and communicate residual risk clearly to Engineering and Product.
• AI-first working style with conventions engineers follow and clear boundaries for agent changes.
