Role Overview:
- This role offers flexible hybrid working with offices in Wigan and Bicester.
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will drive business performance through financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Evaluate key commercial initiatives and ROI with clear recommendations.
- Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Manufacturing and Finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant with strong financial modelling skills.
- Commercially minded with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
