FP&A Business Partner

Your Role:

• You'll be the CFO of your own business area, owning results and setting the bar for quality and analytical depth.
• Work directly with department heads on business cases, unit economics, and scenario analysis to turn numbers into decisions.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Embedded with teams to understand performance drivers, spot trends, and identify growth areas.
• Own the numbers and insight quality, explaining why and turning insights into business recommendations.
• Build financial models, run ad-hoc analyses, and contribute to bottom-up forecasts and budgets.

What Will Help You Succeed:

• Commercially curious, analytically sharp, and a clear communicator who wants to understand the business.
• Comfortable with data, able to spot anomalies, and explain findings in plain language.
• 5+ years in FP&A or business partnering, with hands-on financial modeling and business case experience.
