About the role:
- Remote-first in US and Canada (BC & ON).
- Full-time, permanent, exempt position.

As Director of Product, Infrastructure & Developer Productivity, you’ll:
- Lead product strategy across Infrastructure, Reliability, and Developer Productivity.
- Partner with engineering leadership to set technical roadmaps and drive developer velocity.
- Build a strategy connecting internal infrastructure with customer-facing infrastructure.
About you:
- Bring deep technical fluency and product judgment.
- Have experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and AI-powered tooling.
- Are a player-coach who can lead a lean team.
