Accounts Receivable Specialist

Under direction supervision, this position is responsible for working with customers to discuss ways to maintain their account in a current status and resolve any outstanding issues. This position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalency and one year of work-related experience. Contacts residential/commercial customers by phone to resolve any AR issues. Explains options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts. Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
