This is a critical role of ‘team lead’ for our cross-functional “Credit Building” Mission Aligned Team (MAT) to help people build credit and at the same time build sustainable Product-Market-Model-Channel (PMMC) Fits. You will be accountable for the OKRs and outcomes of your product domain in growth, activation, setup, habit, retention, LTV:CAC, and other key metrics. You will work directly with engineers, designers, data analysts, growth leads, legal, compliance and many other cross-functional partners to develop product strategy, organize and execute sprints, and deliver outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent leader, has experience with building successful 0-1 products, optimized existing products, drives teams to execute in ambiguous circumstances, and is able to dig deep into the data, extract key insights, and make critical decisions based on analysis.
